A message from our family to yours regarding Covid-19.

The top priority of Fun America is the safety and well-being of our guests and team members.

As mandated by the State of Massachusetts, Fun America will require all guests to wear masks. Exceptions include children under the age of 5 and those unable to wear a mask due to a medical condition. Masks may be removed when seated at a table while drinking or eating.

The Fun America family is proud of the steps we have taken to prepare for your return. We are following all of the Massachusetts guidelines provided for both indoor recreation and restaurants.

Government officials, such as Governor Baker, have stated that “it is preferred to gather in structured venues”, such as skating rinks “which have established rules, organization, and supervision, than getting together at a home without any rules in place”.

Here is a sample of the policies and procedures we have in place during this time:

  • All team members and customers will be required to wear masks unless they qualify for an exception due to age or medical condition.
  • All team members and customers will have their temperature taken before entering the facility and anyone with a temperature over 100.4 degrees will not be permitted to enter.
  • All queue lines are marked to account for social distancing.
  • Announcements will be made throughout the day reminding customers to social distance and wear masks.
  • We have added several more hand sanitizer stations.
  • We will be cleaning high touch points often throughout the day.

While we are committed to keeping you and our team members healthy and safe, we cannot guarantee you won’t be exposed to Covid-19. By visiting Fun America, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to Covid-19. We ask that you help to protect yourself and others by following these recommendations:

  • Wash hands often and avoid touching your face and mask.
  • Use hand sanitizer stations when moving from one area of the facility to another.
  • Maintain distance from others.
  • Wear your mask at all times except when eating or drinking.
  • If you are not feeling well please wait to visit our facility until you are well.
  • If you are immuno-compromised please consider waiting to visit.

We live here, our kids go to school here and we shop in this very community. We ask that you keep you and your family in mind when deciding to join us for a time of fun. Please know we appreciate your efforts to help us maintain a healthy environment for all. We have been serving families in this community for 40 years and we hope that you will join us in protecting and caring for our friends and neighbors.
